- We want you to tell us if there is a problem! We have a duty to you, as our tenant, to make sure your accommodation is in as good a state of repair from the first day you rent it to the day you leave.
- We promise to repsond to you within 24 working hours.
- Our on site maintenance team are on hand to recitfy any problems.
- Please email, call or come into the office to report the problem. If we need to get access to your property, to speed up the process, advise if we can access your property.
