We like to give our tenants choice and so we present all standard properties unfurnished. This enables us to keep our prices as low as possible and allows you to furnish it how you like and with exactly what you need.

If you need any help - we have various packages that we customise to your requirements. We have strong links with local companies allowing us to bring to you some great deals.  With brand new beds from just £35 and fridge / freezers from £109 delivered and installed into your flat.

Money a bit tight? Let us pay for you and we can split the cost over three months. And when you move out - it's all yours!

Our new student developments come fully furnished and fitted out for the student in mind with study desk areas, double beds and flat screen TV's. Further packages are available upon request.
